The new TLS website and members portal is ready to launch!

I’m excited to share “TLS 2.0” with you and this video and page will give you everything you need to know (and do) to get access.

My team and I have been working hard behind the scenes for the past couple months to research, find, and set up some of the best membership software, build out the new members portal, create new content, and streamline the entire user experience for you.

It’s been a lot of work, with many technological headaches along the way, but we’ve implemented a lot of your feedback and we’re happy with what we’ve created so far.

Here are the important details for you, and instructions on how to get access:

#1: UPGRADED CONTENT PORTAL:

Inside the members portal we’ve added a User Dashboard, Getting Started page, Support & Billing pages, as well as featured pages for our core content, including The 5 Stages of Deconstruction, TLS Table Etiquette, the TLS Manifesto and our Core Values. We’ve also added a search widget and more specific content categories so you can quickly and easily find the type and topic of content you want.

#2: WEEKLY CONTENT CALENDAR:

A couple months ago I got to work creating more content to support you on your journey of deconstruction, and moving forward I’ll be sharing new content weekly inside the new members portal. Every week you’ll be getting something different from me and throughout each month you’ll receive a new training video on a hot topic related to deconstruction, a written article or PDF, a book review & recommendation, and a live hangout + Q&A with me and other members of TLS. You’ll also get a weekly email with a review of recent content, new announcements and a sneak peak at what’s coming next.

#3: OUR COMMUNITY FORUM:

After looking at many different platforms and talking to a ton of other membership hosts, we’ve decided to keep our members forum on Facebook in our private group. I know we all have our frustrations with Facebook but for what we’ve created here inside TLS (and where we’re going) it seems to be the best option right now. We’ve updated the group rules and have added several questions that new members will answer before being approved, and we’ll keep the conversations going. We’ve been there for a while and it will continue to be your safe place to connect with other members, join conversations, and get support.

#4: CONSISTENT EMAIL COMMUNICATION:

We’ve set up new email addresses specifically for The Lasting Supper and now you can email me at David@TheLastingSupper.com or the team at Support@TheLastingSupper.com. I’ll also be emailing you from this email address more consistently with the weekly content recap & forward outlooks, as well as sending announcements and reminders for our live hangouts (once you sign up for TLS 2.0).

#5: NEW CUSTOMER BILLING HUB:

We’ve built the new membership from the ground up and we have a new payment gateway that comes with a customer hub where you’ll be able to login, access your invoices, and update your payment information, address and more. This will make it easy to update your card info, track your orders, or take care of any failed payments etc.

#6: GET ONE MONTH FREE when you sign up for TLS 2.0:

Because we’ve built a whole new system for TLS 2.0, we’ll need you to sign up for TLS again and re-enter your PayPal or Credit Card information in order to get access… And because I know it’s a little bit of a hassle we’re going to give you your first month on the new platform for FREE when you sign up.

It’s pretty simple, and here’s how it will work:
⇒ FOR MONTHLY MEMBERS:

If you’re currently paying for TLS on a monthly basis, you’ll click the following link to go sign up monthly again and you’ll need to enter the promo code “FOUNDINGMEMBER” to apply the discount and get your first month free (https://thelastingsupper.thrivecart.com/tls-monthly/). Be sure to use your same email address and once you sign up we’ll stop your old payments, you’ll get your first month on the new platform for free, and then we’ll resume billing 30 days later.

We’ve invested a lot into the rebuild and I’ll be providing a lot more content moving forward so if you’re willing to sign up at the current $19.99/month price that’s been in effect for a few years now it would be appreciated, but if you’re paying a different grandfathered price for TLS and you need to keep that price, then you can email the team at Support@TheLastingSupper.com. They’ll be able to provide support and will send you a personalized link to join TLS 2.0 at the same price you’re already paying.

⇒ FOR ANNUAL MEMBERS:

If you’re paying for TLS annually and you want to upgrade to TLS 2.0 then please email my team at Support@TheLastingSupper.com and let them know. They’ll get you set up with a personalized link to sign up on a prorated plan. This prorated plan will credit you for what you’ve already invested towards the coming year and give you one month free for signing up again. Once you sign up for TLS 2.0 we’ll cancel your old annual payments so that you don’t get charged there anymore, and you’ll get to enjoy another full year of TLS before your renewal on the new platform. (Note: In order to get the prorated amount you must email my team to get a personalized link)

Similar to our monthly members, if you’re willing to sign up at the current $199/year price it would be appreciated, but if you’re paying a different grandfathered price for TLS and you need to keep that price, then let the team know when you email them and they’ll take care of you.
